**Job Responsibility**:- Supervise and lead Service management function- Holds accountability for the Quality of solutions provided to top accounts.- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and escalation point for all operational issues and activities- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skillsets, fully empowered to coordinate all entities involved in technical performance of our solutions- Direct and indirect People management with ability of managing people remotely- Strong communication skills in order to create and share best work processes with stakeholders.- Able to work well under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently- Fluent in both spoken and written English- Ability to work on flexible hours
