03/01/2024 - 04/01/2024DescriptionJob Title: Road Construction EngineerMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's / College Degree.Male and Ex-abroad candidates.Minimum of 4 years working experience.Age: 21 to 50 years old.Responsibilities:Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.Strong knowledge of road construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.Knowledge of relevant regulations and permitting processes related to road construction projects.Prepare engineering drawings and blueprints in accordance with regulatory standards and project objectives.Collaborate and communicate with civil engineers, surveyors, architects, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, designs, and layouts.Regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.Oversee the execution of road construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Prepare project documentation such as progress reports, change orders, and final project reports.Monitor contractor performance, progress, and adherence to contractual obligations.Skills:Excellent and quick problem-solving skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
