Operations Director - Fire Suppression Firm Location - South East England About the Company: They are a leading provider of specialist fire protection solutions, delivering excellence across the UK. With over two decades of experience working with residential and commercial clients, they have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and innovation in fire suppression systems. The Role:
- Lead and oversee all operational activities, with direct responsibility for project delivery and team performance
- Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and engineering resources, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project execution
- Take full P&L responsibility for 25 projects, implementing robust processes and controls
- Drive operational excellence through effective leadership, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Implement and maintain efficient operational processes to ensure project profitability and timely delivery
- Industry experience working in Fire Suppression, Mechanical or Fire Protection
- Experience as an Operations Director
