Operations Director

Operations Director - Fire Suppression Firm Location - South East England About the Company: They are a leading provider of specialist fire protection solutions, delivering excellence across the UK. The Role:

• Lead and oversee all operational activities, with direct responsibility for project delivery and team performance
• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and engineering resources, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project execution
• Take full P&L responsibility for 25 projects, implementing robust processes and controls
• Drive operational excellence through effective leadership, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Implement and maintain efficient operational processes to ensure project profitability and timely delivery

• Industry experience working in Fire Suppression, Mechanical or Fire Protection
• Experience as an Operations Director
