Key Responsibilities • Strategy: To build a network of customers who have the capacity to win commercial projects and influence their purchasing decision making via existing distributors or directly through to Bostik. • Budget: Align Construction Regional budget. • Product Portfolio: Work with technical and operations to optimize product portfolio to create and meet market needs. • Value chain: Collaborate with sourcing, production, and R&D to ensure we can meet market and specification demands on commercial projects. • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with distributors, national supply and apply businesses, commercial sub-contractors, industrial associations, and other core suppliers to capture commercial project opportunities. • Reporting: Provide regular reports as required. Required Profile • Tertiary education and/or trade qualification. • Sound knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry. • At least 5 years of sales management experience or on-site with a track record. • Fluent in English, both oral and written. • Strong business sense; customer-oriented; results-driven. • Highly motivated. • Ability to work autonomously. • Strong leadership skills. • Team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
