2025 Bain - Associate Consultant Graduate Program

As a global management consulting firm, we work with the world’s leading businesses to help redefine their industries and adapt to a rapidly changing world. Applications for our annual graduate recruitment round for an Associate Consultant role starting in 2026 are now open. All students graduating by July 2026 or graduates with a maximum of 2 years’ work experience are welcome to apply. We’re looking for Bachelors, Masters (non-MBA), and PhD students who want to work with the brightest, most curious minds. We’ll assess your application for academic achievement, professional experience (in your field), and leadership skills. To apply, please submit your application through our online portal, and include (in PDF format):

• CV (1-2 pages)
• Cover Letter (1 page) addressed to Avneet Dua
• All current and previous academic transcripts (not password protected)

After you have submitted your application via the online portal, you will be required to complete our online psychometric assessment. You will receive an email with instructions on supplementary application questions, login details for the testing platform, and full instructions on how to complete the assessment in February. Please complete the online assessment within the required timeframe and note your application will only be finalized upon completion of this assessment. All candidates will receive the outcome of their application via email on 14 March 2025.

First round interviews

Will be held in the week commencing 17 March in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth.

Final round interviews

Will be held in the week commencing 24 March in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth.
