The Role Based out of our North Sydney head office, the purpose of the National Manager Key Accounts & Partnerships – Asset Finance role is to manage the performance of key aggregators on a national level to achieve desired volume flows and profitability targets. You will work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute business strategy, compliance, pricing surveillance and performance monitoring to ensure Pepper’s continued growth in the asset Finance market. About you Ideally we’re looking for someone with proven experience in Asset Finance Sales. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  1. Bring at least 5 years of senior management experience in Asset Finance Sales.
  2. Team up with sales leaders to craft and roll out innovative sales strategies, with a keen eye on pricing, process, and innovation.
  3. Nurture and grow Introducer relationships—think of it as networking, but with a purpose.
  4. Use your data and analytical prowess to deliver insights that make a real impact.
  5. Champion the ongoing development of your team, helping them unlock their full potential.
  6. Create a workplace where people actually want to be, leading to great results for everyone.
  7. Keep everything above board by adhering to regulatory and operational best practices.
