Customer Service Virtual Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and Customer-centric Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service VA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience with our brand. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various channels. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
