Project Manager

Role: Project Manager Location: Permanent WFH/Remote Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 6+ years of work experience in managing complex web/eCommerce projects
• Setup, monitor, and manage multiple client projects from start through to completion
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results raise directly between clients and the design/development team
• Manage and maintain client relationships and expectations
• Develop integrated project plan, web sitemap, functionality descriptions, wireframes, etc.; defining and running website tests
• Build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally ensuring high standards of service are provided at all times To meet monthly/quarterly targets set by the company
• Familiarity (functionality and features) with Drupal, Magento, WordPress, Joomla, Moodle and/or other CMS or E-Commerce platforms
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL
• High proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and modern web-based project management software.

• In-depth knowledge of the website design and development process
• Proven track record in managing website and digital media projects
• Intuitive, adaptable and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and own time diary management
• Self-motivated team player who uses their own initiative and is proactive
• Problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Works well under pressure
• Have excellent time management skills
• PMP Certification is a plus
