Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. Responsibilities ▪ Gathering and formalising user requirements ▪ Organise and take part in meetings/workshops with users and contributors ▪ Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily meeting, sprint planning, demo, retrospective, etc.)▪ Write functional specifications in the form of EPICs, User Stories, BDDs, Acceptance Tests, etc. ▪ Organise and monitor user tests (UAT)▪ Contribute to the definition/validation of the test strategy ▪ Guarantee the correct application of the Agile methodology and compliance with IT processes Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
