Required Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to support customer service operations. • Design and implement custom workflows, plugins, and integrations to automate and streamline customer service processes. • Collaborate with the customer service team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet the specific needs of our customer service department. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM applications used in customer service. • Provide technical guidance and support to the customer service team. • Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics CRM features and technologies related to customer service Good To have: • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role, with a focus on customer service. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization & configuration, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS , and related technologies. • Familiarity with customer service processes and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
