  1. Supplier Evaluation & Onboarding: Identify and assess suppliers for key EV components, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Vendor Management: Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes and long-term collaborations.
  3. Commercial Negotiations: Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve optimal value.
  4. Strategic Supply Chain Management: Support planning and execution of efficient procurement strategies to meet production timelines.
  5. Supplier Quality Audits: Participate in supplier audits, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain performance.
  7. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance to drive informed business decisions.
What We’re Looking For: Qualification: Fresh graduate (2024 Batch) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Production, or Industrial Engineering (B.Tech./B.E.) with a strong academic record. ✅ Demonstrated Skills: Prior exposure to procurement, supply chain, or vendor management through academic projects, internships, or competitions. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and solve problems proactively. ✅ Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. ✅ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with procurement tools, ERP software, and data analysis techniques is a plus. ✅ Passion for EVs & Sustainability: A keen interest in electric mobility and a drive to make an impact in the automotive industry.
