Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem. We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. - Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
- Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
- Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
- Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
- Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
- Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
- Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees
- 0-1 year of experience
- Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
- Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
