Join ARCA Aviation – We’re Hiring! Position: Admissions Manager ARCA Aviation is looking for an Admissions Manager to lead our admissions process and help aspiring pilots achieve their dreams! Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process for flight training programs. * Guide and counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career opportunities in aviation. * Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and enhance student experience. * Collaborate with marketing teams to drive outreach through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships. * Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and institutional policies during the admission process. * Maintain records of student applications, inquiries, and follow-ups for seamless coordination. * Represent ARCA Aviation at education fairs, seminars, and industry events. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or enrollment management (aviation sector preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and stakeholders. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with a focus on results. * Knowledge of aviation training programs and DGCA guidelines is a plus.
