Associate - Program Manager - CEO’s Office Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 1-3 years Industry: Workforce Solutions | D2C | SaaS Reporting to: CEO Role Overview As an Associate - Program Manager in the CEO’s Office , you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution across business verticals. The role requires strong analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills to support business growth, operational efficiency, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in implementing business strategies, growth initiatives, and process optimizations
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making
- Manage high-priority projects across sales, marketing, product development, and operations, ensuring timely execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, finance, operations, and marketing to align business objectives
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business growth, efficiency, and operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and best practices to enhance productivity
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership discussions, investor updates, and board meetings
- 1-3 years of experience in program management, business strategy, consulting, or operations, preferably in industries like workforce solutions, D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, SaaS, or B2B tech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
