The Role:

As a Graduate Project Manager , you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the project management team in delivering a range of construction projects, including education, leisure, and housing developments.
• Establishing strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Assisting in project planning, procurement, and construction processes.
• Ensuring that all project approvals and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinating with design teams, contractors, and external consultants.
• Participating in site progress meetings, client liaison meetings, and design coordination.
• Supporting the management of project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

The Person:

• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent to Level 8 in the Irish NFQ).
• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and career development.

Desirable but not essential:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of Public Works Contracts.
• Site experience.
• Full driver’s licence.
