What is the opportunity?
We are excited to announce an opening for a Non-Functional Test Subject Matter Authority within Group NFT Factory shared services. This role is pivotal in governing, managing, and leading various non-functional testing aspects, with a primary focus on resilience and ITSCM testing in a production-scale environment for services hosted in the cloud and on-premises. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of enabling sophisticated non-functional test practices, passionate about leading the Resilience, Performance & Security test services across IT engineering and Enterprise functions!In this Role, you will
Take full responsibility for driving and innovating non-functional testing across IT engineering. This includes ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security while also being accessible and user-friendly.- Be the NFT Technical Go-To person for Project Managers, Product Owners, Development Architects, and Development Leads.
- Utilise and improve technical non-functional test frameworks, processes, criteria, and tool standards.
- Identify and implement automation in assigned programs, i.e., chaos and resilience engineering initiatives.
- Provide a reusable approach for non-functional testing performance, infra, and application (OAT) testing services across all technologies for all business units.
- Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality, on time.
- Work in both Agile and Waterfall development, automation, and service delivery environments.
- Capture and interpret business, technical & service acceptance Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and Solution Design to form the Test Design for end-to-end performance testing.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in leading end-to-end resilience and ITSCM testing for cloud and on-premises services in a production-scale environment.
- Collaborate with senior partners to enable and grow IT service resilience across the organization as part of NFT release cycles.
- Develop and implement resilience testing strategies to ensure the efficiency of resilience measures before service transition into production.
- Design, implement, and maintain technology recovery capabilities, including disaster recovery for physical and logical failures.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner with the current team, management structure, and IT partners.
What will make you stand out?
- NFT tooling certification in LoadRunner, AppDynamics.
- Understanding of DORA, accessibility, site reliability, and chaos engineering.
- N.F.T process - ITIL V4, ITSCM.
- Strong technical NFT/OAT and leadership skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant 3rd level qualification.
