Seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnership Manager to lead and manage partnerships and collaborations with technology partners specializing in AI solutions, Optimization solutions, Digital Twin, Digital Integration, Metaverse, Smart Cities, Drones & Robotics, Asset Reliability & Performance management, Data Management and overall Digital portfolio. The role involves identifying, developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with best-in-class technology partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, in AI, software, and digital technologies. Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential software and technology partners in AI solutions, Optimization solutions, Digital Twin, Digital Integration, Metaverse, Drones & Robotics, Asset Reliability & Performance management, Data Management, Smart Cities, IOT, Cloud, and overall Digital portfolio.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Prepare, manage, and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and collaboration structures.
  4. Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  5. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships of best-in-class or top quadrant and emerging trends in the software and digital domains.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, marketing, and product) to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
  7. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships for lead generation and ensure sales enablement is effectively conducted.
  8. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth enablement, demonstration, readiness for estimation, integration, and delivery of joint solutions.
  9. Ensure compliance with internal partnership process and guidelines.
  10. Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements throughout the lifecycle of partnership development and ensure accurate archiving of executed agreements in the designated company system for future use and tracking purposes.
  11. Monitor partner performance, serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  12. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Track and report the effectiveness of partnerships, using KPIs such as revenue growth, joint sales pipeline, and leads/opportunities.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build credibility and explore new collaboration opportunities.
  15. Act as a thought leader in the industry, staying informed about advancements in AI, software, and digital technologies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  3. Proven ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
  4. Deep understanding of the AI, software, Cloud, IOT and digital technologies domains.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
