Park Hyatt Doha, a luxurious urban sanctuary in Msheireb Downtown Doha offering a unique blend of contemporary design, refined elegance, and world-class hospitality, is looking for a Hygiene Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure that hygiene standards are consistently met, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of both employees and guests. Key Responsibilities

Oversee hygiene and sanitation practices in all areas of the hotel.
Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene policies in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
Train and educate staff on hygiene best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with all departments to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Manage documentation and reporting for regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles, ISO standards, and local health regulations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
