Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Solution Design & Architecture SuccessFactors modules and Business Process Modelling. The role requires domain experience in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry. This is a work-from-office position with day shifts and may require travel. Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  2. Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile ContPerfMgmt PerfCalligration Perf360 Degree CareerWorksheet Succession & Dev Perf & Goals and Employ Central.
  3. Provide expert guidance on Business Process Modelling to optimize and streamline business operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across various business units.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  6. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of technology solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
  8. Mentor and support junior architects and technical staff.
  9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  10. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  11. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  12. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  13. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Qualifications
  1. Possess extensive experience in Solution Design & Architecture.
  2. Demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors modules including BizX Mobile ContPerfMgmt PerfCalligration Perf360 Degree CareerWorksheet Succession & Dev Perf & Goals and Employ Central.
  3. Exhibit strong skills in Business Process Modelling.
  4. Have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
  5. Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Hold a relevant certification in SuccessFactors or related technologies.
