The Technology Pre-Sales Specialist will partner with sales teams to provide technical support and expertise to prospective clients. This role involves understanding customer requirements, aligning those with the appropriate technology solutions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support and Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams to understand the technical needs and goals of potential customers. Provide expert advice and guidance on product capabilities, integration, and implementation.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and technical presentations that highlight the products capabilities and benefits. Tailor demonstrations to address specific customer needs and use cases.
  3. Solution Design: Work with prospective clients to design solutions that meet their business requirements, using the full capabilities of the company's products and services. Create detailed proposals and technical documentation to support sales efforts. Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and deliver technical solutions that align with their business objectives. Provide detailed responses to technical questions and concerns from potential customers.
  4. RFP and Proposal Support: Assist in crafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Develop and refine proposal materials, including technical specifications and implementation plans.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and market demands. Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
  6. Training and Enablement: Provide technical training and mentorship to sales team members to improve product knowledge and technical acumen. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product advancements to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role in the tech industry.
  3. Profound knowledge of technology solutions, architectures, and industry best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  6. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new software and systems quickly.
