My client is an independent investment firm founded in 2019. The company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 1. Office Manager Saudi Nationality Only Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Drive and manage transportation needs.
  • Handle visa applications and hotel bookings.
  • Find and arrange accommodations for team members.
  • Collaborate directly with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
  • Proficiency in visa application processes and hotel booking systems.
  • Experience in arranging accommodations for team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable personality to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
2. IR (MD-ED Level) Report to Partner directly, above 10 years experience in related PE industries, raising funds for BD and attracting LP. Language: Arabic + English is a MUST. 3. GR Director Report to Partner directly. Need Saudi nationality from Saudi government. 4. PR (Director VP Level) Saudi Nationality, experience in UAE for branding and international branding for famous brands. Need to have done specific strategies for brands that work. 5. Investment Manager Below 5 years experience, must speak Arabic + English, related PE firm experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
