What You'll Do The Sales Executive will support and generate STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the Trade in Saudi Arabia. The job role involves setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial business objectives, developing communication strategies to improve relationships with trade partners, managing operational requirements of the market, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing actions based on market requirements. He will be responsible to drive all product promotions, brand management and consistently maintain merchandising standards; develop, manage, and implement sales projects that drive acquisition of customers, branding and POS communication across all channels. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales through our partners in Saudi Arabia to the trade channel and ensure achievement of targets i.e., monthly, quarterly, annually through development, effective participation and coordination of sales strategies and activities.
- Scope for additional opportunities that can give incremental growth related to product expansion and/or distribution channel expansion.
- Develop, supervise, co-ordinate and participate in sales and promotion programs aimed at market penetration, acquisition, and growth.
- Liaise with Distributors team to ensure fulfilment of orders through the channel partners to Dealers.
- Monitor sales and market share and implement strategies to counter downturns.
- Manage the briefing process, day to day evaluation, co-ordination, and control of support agencies in delivering campaigns.
- Manage marketing support and promotion materials.
- Develop branding communication specific to channels.
- Effectively monitor and control sales programs and projects.
- Execute projects aimed at quality acquisition, growth, and retention of customers.
- Advise on appropriate products for the market.
- Drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure application of company values on work activities.
- Education : A graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, economics, sales, and marketing (an MBA a bonus) with at least 5 years of relevant experience (sales distribution, channel execution, and administration).
- Excellent Interpersonal skills for representing the organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.
- Excellent Planning & Organization skills which are crucial for handling multiple tasks and keeping track of customer and product information.
- Strong Communication skills to convey information to customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Teamwork : Essential to drive conversions forward with multi-level involvement. Work with others to complete events, Blitzes, and training.
- Coordination skills essential to manage and drive other functions (i.e., sales/supply chain) inspire, drive, push and motivate to meet targets and to achieve outcomes.
- Good Computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and familiarity with any e-commerce platforms and social media to connect with customers and promote products.
