We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture. What you’ll do?

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficiency and compliance.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and engagement.

Who you are?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from a fast-paced agency or RPO environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong sourcing skills with a high standard for candidate quality and stakeholder service.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
