What you’ll do?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficiency and compliance.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from a fast-paced agency or RPO environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong sourcing skills with a high standard for candidate quality and stakeholder service.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
