KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain database systems to support various IT projects.
- Ensure database performance, security, and availability.
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Implement and manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of database systems.
- Monitor database performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.
