Sheet Metal Production Engineer

Job Description

• Supervise and manage day-to-day sheet metal production operations. • Ensure production targets are achieved within set timelines and quality parameters. • Process Improvement: • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes. • Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks and inefficiencies. • Quality Assurance: • Collaborate with the quality control team to enforce high standards of product quality. • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Equipment and Technology Management: • Oversee the operation and maintenance of production machinery (e.g., laser shearing , bending machines, etc.). • Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze production data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare detailed production reports for management review. • Team Collaboration: • Work closely with design, engineering, to align production goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing & Production.
• Proven experience in sheet metal manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Proficiency with relevant CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
