You’ll provide remote administrative support to our clients, manage property-related tasks, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Think of yourself as the conductor of the property management orchestra—except cooler, because you’ll have access to cutting-edge tools and a team that’s as passionate as you are. Key Responsibilities
- List properties via Agent Box and manage new leases and lease renewals.
- Handle utility and water connections, board orders, and removals.
- Manage vacating renter processes and follow up on arrears via SMS and emails.
- Schedule routine inspections and follow up on maintenance tasks.
- Maintain creditor insurances and ensure all property-related tasks are up-to-date.
- Provide remote administrative support to clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and meet deadlines consistently.
- A graduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field.
- Strong background in administration as a remote assistant.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of initiative.
- An executive assistant mindset with a pleasing personality.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
