Human Resource Intern (Talent Acquisition) Location: Noida (Sector-1), Uttar Pradesh Duration: 1-3 months Department: Human Resources Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and learn about the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for connecting with people. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Be ready to assist with HR operational tasks as needed.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA Preferred not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
