About the Role - We are seeking a Senior Video Editor with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead our video production efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling techniques. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for digital platforms, advertisements, corporate projects, and social media campaigns. Responsibilities
- Lead the video editing process from concept to final delivery.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
- Enhance videos with effects, transitions, graphics, sound design, and color correction.
- Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and clients to ensure brand consistency and vision alignment.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance video quality.
- Guide and mentor junior video editors when needed.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in video editing.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard editing tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic techniques.
- Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and sound design is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
