Job Summary: We are hiring for our Global MNC client, an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent for niche and senior-level positions within the Information Technology (IT) sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, ecommerce, tech product companies, and the ability to target high-demand skills, and experience working with stakeholders to meet the company's strategic talent needs. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation, and provide expertise in hiring highly specialized technical talent for senior roles. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy:
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define the recruitment needs for niche IT roles, particularly for senior and specialized positions.
- Leverage a wide range of sourcing tools, including job boards, social media, networking events, and Boolean search, to find top-tier candidates for challenging roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates with a focus on both passive and active talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to assess candidates' qualifications for senior and specialized positions, using technical screening when necessary.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for senior IT roles, from job requisition and candidate engagement to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication at each stage of the process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their specific talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Advise and consult hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and the competitive landscape to influence hiring decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, ensuring that the company's values and culture are effectively communicated to candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the IT industry and recruitment practices to attract the best talent and maintain competitive advantage.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes and meet organizational goals.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on senior-level and niche technical roles.
- Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment efforts, especially for hard-to-fill, specialized IT positions.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology. Familiarity with the tech stack in areas such as cloud computing, software development, product owner, project manager, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Ability to understand and assess technical job requirements and work closely with technical hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Preferred:
- Experience in executive recruitment or hiring for senior leadership roles in the IT industry.
