About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sustainability Manager to join our Clients team in Co. Meath. As a key member of their sustainability leadership, you will lead and implement strategies to drive environmental and social responsibility initiatives within their organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the achievement of our sustainability goals, ensuring they are making a positive impact on both the environment and community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and track the company’s sustainability strategy and initiatives
- Monitor environmental performance and prepare sustainability reports for stakeholders
- Lead waste management, energy efficiency, and resource optimization efforts
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to integrate sustainable practices into operations
- Drive employee engagement in sustainability initiatives and promote a culture of environmental responsibility
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new technologies in sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, local authorities, and sustainability networks
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a sustainability-related role
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, energy efficiency, waste management, and corporate sustainability standards
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organisation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
