The Job : Reporting directly to the HR Director, the successful candidate will provide full HR support to the Limerick-based employees & management teams, as well as acting as a key resource for the wider global organisation. More specifically, you will be tasked with covering IR & ER engagement, resolving employee queries, coordinating training/L&D initiatives, leading recruitment for both internal moves & external hiring, managing HRIS & payroll data reporting, assisting in the implementation of HR changes & new processes, and acting as an HR partner to operations management & senior colleagues. Your Skills/Experience that we need :
- 3rd level degree ideally in HR or a related discipline.
- 3+ years HR experience ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational environment. Experience in a unionised manufacturing operation would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Prior experience in payroll coordination would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & proven ability to multi-task.
- Strong IT skills.
