Reporting to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing, you’ll also collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales, Practice Leads, and Legal to deliver seamless, aligned, and impactful results across the business. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead with technology vision : Inspire and guide a team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional outcomes across IT, Solutions, and BPO, setting the standard for excellence in the region.
- Drive strategic growth : Develop and execute a Victoria-focused growth strategy that aligns with Canon Business Services national go-to-market (GTM) approach, identifying opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Accelerate customer acquisition : Execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to secure new partnerships, leveraging deep insights into technology-driven solutions.
- Foster innovation : Maximize the impact of marketing and vendor programs to fuel sales performance, integrating emerging technologies into customer strategies.
- Champion account success : Ensure retention and growth by managing and optimizing existing customer portfolios across the full technology stack.
- Own the numbers : Oversee sales pipelines to deliver accurate forecasts and ensure robust revenue growth while tracking key performance metrics.
- Be a technology advocate : Represent Canon Business Services as a senior leader in the VIC region, building strong customer relationships and providing high-level support in critical negotiations.
- A leadership pedigree : 15–20 years of sales and leadership experience, with at least 10 years in technology solution selling and a deep understanding of IT, Solutions, and BPO sales cycles.
- A strategic mindset : The ability to craft and execute long-term strategies that drive results and foster innovation.
- The ability to inspire : You motivate teams to exceed expectations and achieve ambitious goals through coaching, mentoring, and dynamic leadership.
