Role Overview

As an Assistant Accommodation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation facilities. You will assist in managing a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Accommodation Manager in daily operations and staff management
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring of expenses

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
