• Management of daily functions of the UK technical team (3)
• Represent Danosa UK on industry trade bodies.
• Management of Danosa UK product certificates, e.g British Board of Agreement certificates.
• Act as technical liaison between UK certifying bodies, testing laboratories and relevant product managers and Group Technical director in HQ, Spain.
• Act as UK lead for product testing actions. Liaise with Group Technical Director on submission of test plans, costs and act as lead to provide supporting data to test laboratories.
• Monitoring and updating of technical data sheets and safety data sheets for UK supply chain partners.
• Monitor UK drawings library and liaise with HQ, Spain for new drawings or amendments.
• Act as UK lead for NBS Source platform, including development and management of NBS approved CPD’s.
• Resolution of technical issues related to product regulations and quality issues/ customer feedback.
• Provide support to Operations team for product guarantee and system warranty queries and processing of specialist product guarantees and system warranties.
• Act as lead for UK specific software requirements (e.g. updating product data within templates.
• Provide day-to day support to internal and external customers when required – telephone and email support, U-value calculations and site visits with written reports.

Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field; and/or significant experience in building products certification

• Strong understanding of National, European, and international standards in building material safety.
• Team-oriented yet able to work autonomously.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels
