Based in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact by shaping the company’s data infrastructure from the ground up. They are based in Sydney CBD and work with a hybrid working setup. About the Role They are seeking a Data Engineer to design, implement, and manage a Snowflake-based data infrastructure. Reporting to the BI Manager, you will lead the development of a robust and scalable data platform to enable actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with finance leadership and technical teams, this is a hands-on, strategic role that combines technical expertise with business collaboration. Salary & Benefits- $160,000 to $170,000 + super.

- Strong experience in setting up and managing Snowflake infrastructures.
- Advanced knowledge of Snowflake security, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Expertise in ETL/ELT processes and tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Proficiency in Python or Java for data automation and processing.
- In-depth knowledge of dimensional modeling and analytics-ready data design.
- 5+ years in data engineering or a similar role.
- Experience with real-time data integration and healthcare data (DICOM, HL7 files) is a plus.
