As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading our sales efforts, forging new partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Requirements We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager with experience in driving revenue and developing successful client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at both rights holders and brands. Key responsibilities include:
- Working on behalf of a variety of clients to drive sponsorship sales revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including delivery of sponsorship sales strategy, pipeline development and deal conversion.
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to lead on early funnel opportunity development
- Manage day-to-day client communications across strategy, reporting and alignment on live deals, maintaining strong client relationships
- Manage pitches, proposals and negotiations.
- Attending commercial and networking events on behalf of clients and the agency.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and high-level decision-makers at global brands to secure long-term sponsorship agreements.
- Leverage market insights and performance data to guide decision-making and refine sales strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of high-performance sales experience.
- Proven track record in building strong internal and external relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in proactive sales, ideally within sports, entertainment, or events, and working across different countries and cultures.
- High level of emotional intelligence, with a passion for sport.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of the sports, entertainment, or events industry, and proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
