DevOps Automation Engineer
Job details
Requirements - Expert in Ansible, Python and general scripting - Must have strong experience with Jenkins, including setup, configuration, and management of CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of Cucumber, Gherkin, Visual Studio, a bonus - Must have a good understanding of infrastructure components, specifically databases and storage. - Has experience of converting vendor API's into useable/easy to consume offerings delivered via a third party platform - Previous financial institution experience desired (or equivalent experience within a highly regulated/change controlled environment)- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure - Ability to work as an individual and as part of a wider team. - Must be able to take feedback constructively and understand that the input is designed to improve the overall end-customer product - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Must be competent with Jira - Must be able to work following the agile methodology
