Their solutions are used in applications like water, gas, HVAC, medical, and beverage systems and they pride themselves on their focus on innovative, quality products. Role Overview: Senior Toolmakers (x2) Joining their dynamic team based in Greater London, my client is looking for a Senior Toolmaker to manufacture new tooling for the business & assist with the maintenance of existing mould & press tooling. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the manufacturing of new mould & press tooling equipment.
- Work with the design team & read drawings to qualify tooling drafts before they move to manufacturing.
- Infrequent assistance with the maintenance of existing tooling equipment
- Train & upskill tooling apprentices
- Operate manual mills, grinders & lathes
- At least 5 years' experience as a toolmaker
- Experience reviewing tooling drawings from design teams
- Apprentice qualified in toolmaking.
- Understanding of SOLIDWORKS, CAD or AUTOCAD
