- To manage the contract and permanent recruitment process for the client
- Recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet customer requirements as well as the proactive identification and submission of suitable candidates
- Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with clients and Candidates
- Create and maintain pool of exceptional applicants to be able to consistently deliver outstanding candidates.
- Manage queries and complaints from the client, candidates and colleagues, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with efficiently and timely, escalating to the Account Manager where necessary
- Understand and ensure that working practices are compliant with all legislation and company and client specific policies and procedures
- Ensure regular communication to the appropriate personnel within the client organisation
- Identify new business opportunities
- Previous experience recruiting and onboarding candidates, either agency, in-house resourcing or talent acquisition
- Working within a target or results driven environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.
- An outgoing personality and able to network with new contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to converse at the highest level
- Commercially astute
