We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investigations Lead to join our team, focusing on personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions in Victoria. Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, as the Investigations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and service delivery of our portfolio of personal injury claims involving motor vehicle collisions in Victoria. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor and support investigators, providing technical support and training.
  2. Ensure compliance with client SLA’s.
  3. Conduct Quality Assurance to deliver our clients with high quality reports.
  4. Review client instructions and formulate plans and approaches to investigations.
  5. Oversee day-to-day client relationship management to foster strong connections with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Proactive and Professional: Act with integrity and maintain a positive attitude.
  2. Team Player: Work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  3. Experienced: Experience in CTP claims or personal injury claims involving motor vehicles.
  4. Qualifications: Legal qualification or experience in personal injury claims involving motor vehicles and/or investigation claims or field experience (desired).
  5. Professional Development: You hold an investigator licence (desired), or interest in obtaining your investigator license is encouraged.
  6. Skilled: Strong report writing and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and adhering to instructions.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer use along with innovation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Problem Solver: Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
