Strata Assistant - Property Managers Apply

This is a great opportunity to learn from the best in the business. They are looking for a new member of the team with a highly transferrable skillset, ideally portfolio property management. The Assignment Working Monday to Friday:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Process, record details and charges and despatch outgoing mail
- Type letters, emails, meeting notices & minutes and compile documents, including agreements and contracts
- Assist the Strata Manager in the administration of bodies corporate procedures
- Ensure that all authorised activities comply with the company’s policies and quality procedures.
- Assist with preparation for, holding and preparing minutes of body corporate meetings
- Prepare Disclosure Statements and Body Corporate Information Certificates
- 6 - 12 + months experience within a Real Estate Agency, preferably Property Management
- No Real Estate Certificate required
- A strong interest in growing your knowledge of the Real Estate and Property industry
- Great organisational skills
- First class communication – both written and verbal
