Head of IT Location: Jeddah, KSA Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to lead and oversee our information technology department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure, supporting business needs, and driving technological innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure management, and team leadership. About The Client The client is a prominent logistics company dedicated to delivering excellence in supply chain management and logistics services. With a focus on technological advancement and operational efficiency, the organization is committed to enhancing its capabilities and ensuring seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the client's mission to maintain a competitive edge through innovative IT solutions. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  3. Ensure data security, cybersecurity measures, and compliance with relevant standards.
  4. Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  5. Lead projects related to system upgrades, software implementation, and process improvements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  7. Monitor IT performance metrics and create strategies for improvement.
  8. Manage the IT budget and optimize costs without compromising quality or performance.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  1. Proven track record of managing IT teams and delivering successful projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, security protocols, and systems management.
  3. Experience with data protection regulations and compliance.
  4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
