1. Visionary leader with a strong background in luxury hotel management.
2. Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with short, medium, and long-term goals in areas including hotel performance, people development, and ESG initiatives.
3. Charismatic ambassador for the property, consistently demonstrating impeccable personal presentation and upholding the highest standards.
4. Strong leadership capabilities, with a results-driven, collaborative approach, and a robust commercial and financial acumen.
5. Proven ability to maintain the property's reputation through a guest-centric, quality-focused approach.
6. A visible and approachable leader who actively engages with guests and fosters strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Dynamic leader who leads by example, inspiring colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
8. Passionate about team engagement, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team of seasoned professionals.
9. Prior experience as a General Manager, specifically within the Australian market, is essential.
