Job Description
- Responsible for a squad (entire product).
- Develop subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey, or complex external domain in depth.
- Understand pain points and the customer journey for our customers.
- Zoom in on problem statements to come up with effective solutions for our vendor partners.
- Plan the product vision and roadmap with all key project stakeholders, including business owners, designers, and tech leads.
- Gather, create, and define user stories (epics, themes, and features), including creating acceptance criteria.
- Build, edit, and maintain product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows with cross-functional teams through project retrospectives, ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and other constraints.
- Manage product execution to deliver quality products, writing specs, running A/B tests, interviewing users, and ensuring product performance.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable items to be planned, prioritized, and integrated into the team’s roadmap.
- Experience with OKRs and roadmap planning.
- Experience with A/B testing, Jira, and Agile working environments.
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, internal, and external stakeholders.
