The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing internal and external corporate events while coordinating communication activities to support the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications & Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with the company's mission and values.
  2. Identify and execute media initiatives to enhance corporate identity and reputation.
  3. Lead promotional campaigns and advertising efforts for internal and external stakeholders.

Event Management & Public Relations:

  1. Plan and manage internal and external corporate events.
  2. Develop and implement the annual corporate events plan, including national celebrations.
  3. Oversee event logistics, venue arrangements, invitations, hospitality, and vendor coordination.
  4. Organize high-level receptions for VIP guests and official delegations, ensuring adherence to corporate protocols.

Internal & External Communication:

  1. Manage communication channels and engagement strategies to ensure effective internal messaging.
  2. Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and external organizations.
  3. Maintain and oversee corporate social media presence and digital communications.
  4. Develop and manage event calendars, media reports, and campaign effectiveness metrics.

Logistics & Operations:

  1. Oversee event setup, equipment arrangements, and service coordination.
  2. Provide logistical support to internal and external stakeholders for corporate initiatives.
  3. Manage meeting and workshop arrangements, venue bookings, and related support services.

Corporate Culture:

  1. Establishes an emotional connection for employees, execs, and the corporate as a whole.
  2. Design and build priority frameworks and interventions as defined by the culture and leadership strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to handle crises and work under pressure.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Education & Certifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or a relevant field.
  2. Specialized training in public relations and corporate protocols is a plus.
