About the Role As our Operations Manager, you'll oversee the seamless execution of daily operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to guests and hosts alike. This role offers a unique blend of leadership, innovation, and hands-on problem-solving within the fast-paced short-term rental sector. Key Responsibilities Operational Management

Oversee housekeeping, property maintenance, and guest services, ensuring excellence in quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with third-party service providers, maintaining top-notch standards and timely service delivery.
Track performance through key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Optimize operations by streamlining processes, enhancing service quality, and controlling costs.
Conduct property audits and ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards.
Develop relationships with local vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions.
Implement protocols for crisis management and after-hours emergencies.

Operational Excellence

Continuously assess and improve operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and cost savings.
Introduce innovative tools and solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing operations team, spanning guest experience, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.
Train your team on cutting-edge technology to enhance digital processes and overall performance.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 4-5 years in hospitality, short-term rentals, or property management, with a leadership role.
Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service.
Flexibility: Willing to adapt to dynamic schedules, including weekends.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to challenges.
Host-Centric Mindset: A natural ability to deliver satisfaction-focused solutions for clients.
