Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 8+ years. Project Duration: 44 days across 4 months. Working Arrangement: Hybrid. Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken). We are seeking a skilled and experienced P3M3 Assessor to support a critical engagement with a government entity. The role requires conducting a comprehensive maturity assessment, preparing detailed reports, and delivering an actionable roadmap. The engagement spans 4 months with a total commitment of up to 44 days . Work is predominantly remote, with occasional on-site attendance for assessment interviews, weekly client meetings, and other required engagements. The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality assessment projects. Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in P3M3 assessments , particularly with government entities.
- Ability to prepare high-quality assessment reports, including detailed analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in developing and delivering P3M3 knowledge transfer plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting interviews and facilitating meetings.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including maturity model assessments, project governance, and roadmap development.
- Familiarity with government regulations and best practices in project, program, and portfolio management (P3M).
- Certified in relevant frameworks such as PRINCE2, MSP, or MoP.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Availability for attending on-site assessment interviews and client meetings as required.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to deliver within the defined engagement timeline.
- Project Kickoff
- Develop a detailed project plan and timeline in collaboration with the client.
- Facilitate the kickoff meeting to align stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
- Current State Assessment
- Conduct a thorough evaluation of the client's current state of project, program, and portfolio management maturity.
- Gather input through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
- P3M3 Analysis Report
- Prepare a comprehensive P3M3 analysis report, including maturity levels and identified gaps.
- Enhancement and Recommendation Report
- Develop an actionable enhancement and recommendation roadmap tailored to the client's objectives.
- Knowledge Transfer Plan and Execution
- Create and deliver a knowledge transfer plan to ensure the client's team can sustain improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as part of the knowledge transfer process.
- Client Engagement
- Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address any emerging concerns.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards and deadlines.
