We are looking for a seasoned headhunter, with a proven track record in successive placements for senior and complex roles. You will be operating in a trusting environment, with high levels of autonomy and empowerment. You will also be engaged with interesting and diverse clientele, which in return requires extensive communication & engagement with targeted markets/industry.

Main Responsibilities And Duties

  • Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Negotiating salary and benefits packages
  • Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferably +3 years of headhunting experience
  • Working experience with recruitment agencies is a plus
  • Proficiency in assessing candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for assigned roles
  • Good storytelling
  • Good in reports & executive summaries development
