Main Responsibilities And Duties
- Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- Preferably +3 years of headhunting experience
- Working experience with recruitment agencies is a plus
- Proficiency in assessing candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for assigned roles
- Good storytelling
- Good in reports & executive summaries development
