You'll support best practice recruitment programs and provide exceptional candidate support and coordination to successfully run recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and other recruitment activities. Work type: Temporary Full time (until 31 December 2025) Classification: Band 5 $76,355-$86,617 pa plus super, pro rata Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Draft and post job advertisements for the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Conduct phone screenings, reference checks, and coordinate background checks for suitable candidates, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, including document management, coordination of pre-employment checks, and preparation of offer letters.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment centres.
- Respond to and action general enquiries related to recruitment activities.
- Build relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Create pipelines of suitable talent to quickly respond to recruitment requirements.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to support recruitment campaigns.
- Proven success in an entry-level administration support role.
- Proficiency in using a range of computer applications.
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process (funded by the City).
