You'll support best practice recruitment programs and provide exceptional candidate support and coordination to successfully run recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and other recruitment activities. Work type: Temporary Full time (until 31 December 2025) Classification: Band 5 $76,355-$86,617 pa plus super, pro rata Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Draft and post job advertisements for the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Conduct phone screenings, reference checks, and coordinate background checks for suitable candidates, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, including document management, coordination of pre-employment checks, and preparation of offer letters.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment centres.
• Respond to and action general enquiries related to recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Create pipelines of suitable talent to quickly respond to recruitment requirements.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to support recruitment campaigns.

About you To be successful in this role you will have a Diploma or Certificate in Business or Human Resource Management, or relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, paired with a passion for providing outstanding candidate support and experiences.

• Proven success in an entry-level administration support role.
• Proficiency in using a range of computer applications.
• Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process (funded by the City).
