Opposite the Ministry of Interior, and steps away from other government offices. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Create innovative and seasonal menus that align with the restaurant's concept and clientele preferences.
- Ensure menus reflect a balance between creativity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, and train the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor kitchen performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage food costs and waste to ensure profitability.
- Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining budget constraints.
- Work closely with the management team to align kitchen operations with the overall goals of the hotel.
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or similar role.
- Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating outstanding dishes.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and inventory systems.
